Mr. Fisher discussed the General Plan locational criteria with the applicants and staff. <br /> Mr. Olmstead indicated on the plans the section that they want to complete. Mr. <br /> Olmstead indicated that Environmental Health Division requires them to install a <br /> wastewater treatment facility, which they will be installing. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Public Health Services requirements and explained his concern <br /> regarding the overdrafting of the water basin in the area. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that the sewage treatment system must be resolved <br /> before the Initial Study can be done. <br /> Mr. Borges also informed the applicants of the request of a hydrological—overdraft study <br /> demonstrating that the added uses and users in this area would not further degrade the <br /> water quality and provide adequate quantities in cases of drought and overall usage. <br /> Mr. Olmstead asked Mr. Fisher if he received any comments from the Department of Fish <br /> and Game or any other agencies. Mr. Fisher indicated no. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that for a full application for a General Plan and a <br /> Rezone they would need noise studies and health studies. <br /> Mr. Olmstead indicated that he would include all the studies he has with the full <br /> application. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> 10:00 a.m. 3.
