Mr. Martin said yes, and that it would need to be on the parcel. <br /> Mr. Chesney asked if all areas need to be landscaped. Mr. Martin answered yes, and said <br /> that if it is part of the project and your not using it for storage, parking or driveways it <br /> needs to be landscaped. Mr. Martin also added that if it is not a part of your project then <br /> it will need to be barricaded in order to keep trucks from parking in the back areas. <br /> Mr. Chesney asked if he would need to install restrooms if the employees did not stay on <br /> site and if his office is not at this site.
