(DISTRICT 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Carl and Elizabeth Holdener APN: 209-090-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Patterson Pass Road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 110 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
