r <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> TRACY INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS <br /> LA-97-32 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-32 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on July 3, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 2, 1999,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
