Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 61012 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. One <br /> plugged and abandoned dry hole well Cenex, Inc. '777ompson" 6-21, was depicted near the <br /> eastern border of parcel 011-060-01 and western border of parcel 011-060-08. <br /> 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on December 17, 2008. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> Observations made during the site visit are summarized in the following table: <br /> Summary of Site Visit Observations <br /> Site Visit Observations <br /> Subject Property <br /> Current Use of Property The property consists of five parcels (APNs 011-110-02, <br /> 011-110-05, 011-060-01, 011-060-07, & 011-060-08). <br /> No addresses were observed on the property. The <br /> property consists primarily of vineyards with the <br /> exception of parcels 011-060-01 and 011-060-08 which <br /> appeared to be vacant. Irrigation channels are <br /> throughout the property and border the property to the <br /> south and west. Parcel 011-060-07 was not observed <br /> due to limited site accessibility; however, in conversation <br /> at the time of the site visit, Mr. Gwerder indicated the <br /> parcel is planted with alfalfa. <br /> Evidence of Past Uses of A concrete pad was observed at the south east corner of <br /> Property? parcel 011-060-08 indicating the existence of a structure. <br /> Odors?
