The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source of
hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential
point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage
areas.
The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent
feasible and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or
subsurface contamination to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations
intended to inform the client and allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether
further action should be required to address any potential contamination sources identified.
This report contains information and data provided to NCA by several sources. NOA in no way
warrants the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to this investigation by
those sources.
This report has been formatted to correspond with the Surface and Subsurface Contamination
Report Requirement Checklist of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(EHD) dated July 14, 2003. Per EHD policy, this report may be used for six months from its
date of completion.
This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Thompson & Folger and the San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the processing of a tentative map at San
Joaquin County.
