Peltier Road APN: 011-040-02 &05 INFORMATION: The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100- year Flood Elevation will be approximately 8-feet NGVD. Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 46-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. Blossom Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
