CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DV-99-3 <br /> Pert DevelopmentCo., Inc. <br /> Deviation Application No. DV-99-3 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 13, 2000. The effective date of approval is March 23, <br /> 2000. This approval will expire on September 22, 2001, which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with <br /> and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
