(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Pert Development APN: 007-280-36 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The private road serving Parcels 1, 2, and 3 will be <br /> required to be built to Uniform Fire Code Standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> DV-99-38 <br /> None. <br /> MS-99-28 <br /> 1.
