CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600279 <br /> GRIBAUDO VINEYARDSIFOOTHILL ENGINEERING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600279 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on January 4, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on July 6, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Alisa Goulart, (209) 468-0222) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> Site Plan dated December 5, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment". The "Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application.
