e. A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be filed <br /> with the Department with a guarantee that, if the Permittee fails, refuses, or neglects to repair, <br /> under permit, any damages to Peltier Road or the haul route which may result from Permittee's <br /> operations, the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore Peltier Road <br /> or the haul route equal to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds from said bond or <br /> cash deposit, subject to review and adjustment for inflation every five years. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-854.3) <br /> f The Traffic Impact Mitigation fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of excavation plan approval. The fee currently is $143.38 per additional daily trip-end in the <br /> Lockeford area. The areas disturbed by clearing, earth moving, or excavation activities shall be minimized at all <br /> times. All inactive portions of the site should be seeded and watered until vegetation has <br /> sufficiently grown to cover bare earth. <br /> b.
