Development Committee -4-
UP-93-15
In order to proceed with the full Use Permit application, the
applicant shall submit the required number of site plans,
reductions of the site plan, and applications. In addition, the
above-requested information regarding the proposed use and its
residents shall be submitted, along with typical details for the
living units, maximum number of residents per unit, and
information about the retail and recreation uses proposed as a
part of the pre-application. The failure to submit this
information may result in either the determination that the
formal application is incomplete for processing or that
additional analysis may be required to fully assess the project ' s
potential impact mitigate them to acceptable levels.
NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform
prospective applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning
consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design
constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety
issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting
the applicant in submitting a better and more complete
application, as well as minimizing processing time. It is not
intended to be an in-depth analysis, and an environmental
assessment has not been completed. The applicant should be aware
that a detailed review will not be done until the full
application is submitted. Also, if new or additional information
is obtained, a revised application or Environmental Impact Report
may be required.
RL: ss
UP9315 .DC1
c: Steve Herum
