Development Committee -4- <br /> UP-93-15 <br /> In order to proceed with the full Use Permit application, the <br /> applicant shall submit the required number of site plans, <br /> reductions of the site plan, and applications. In addition, the <br /> above-requested information regarding the proposed use and its <br /> residents shall be submitted, along with typical details for the <br /> living units, maximum number of residents per unit, and <br /> information about the retail and recreation uses proposed as a <br /> part of the pre-application. The failure to submit this <br /> information may result in either the determination that the <br /> formal application is incomplete for processing or that <br /> additional analysis may be required to fully assess the project ' s <br /> potential impact mitigate them to acceptable levels. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform <br /> prospective applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning <br /> consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design <br /> constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety <br /> issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting <br /> the applicant in submitting a better and more complete <br /> application, as well as minimizing processing time. It is not <br /> intended to be an in-depth analysis, and an environmental <br /> assessment has not been completed. The applicant should be aware <br /> that a detailed review will not be done until the full <br /> application is submitted.
