The assumption was made
that one septic system is associated with each residence. Using this method, we concluded
that two septic systems lie within the '/4-mile circle surrounding the site and at about 30
systems are within the 1-mile circle surrounding the Property (see topographic map in
Appendix A and aerial view in Appendix B). The latter figure does not include homes in the
town of Acampo which lies partially within the 1 mile circle.
Permits pertaining to the septic systems in the 1/4 mile radius were reviewed at the EHD
offices on April 15, 2013. The following table summarizes the permits found in the records
(see Appendix F for details): J
Street No. Date Capooty Detttila Purpow
2837 E.Peltier Rd no records
2963 E.Peltier Rd no records
`{ 2971 E.Peltier Rd 5169 1,200 Gal. In addition, there will be 2 part time wine
production employees, three part-time tasting room employees, and 4 part time special events
employees. It is assumed that part-time employees will work an average of 1/2 time.
The tasting room is expected host up to 100 customers on its busiest days and average 300
per week. In addition to routine wine-making operations, 24 special marketing events per
year will be held with a maximum attendance of 150 people.
