This shall be completed under a consultation permit and <br /> spection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is <br /> ��5�0I4186.00. d� <br /> i <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> D.
