A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material: (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. (3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to the issuance of any building permits or the beginning of any construction. C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24) (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R., Tale 24) (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed Y.-inch per foot. (C.C.R., Title 24) 5. WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE DISTRICT: a Because of a lack of public water supply for the purpose of providing an adequate water fire flow for fire protection for this project, it will be necessary that the owner provide the fire flow as required. This can be accomplished by utilizing a well and static water supply calculated and installed for the fire flow and demand projected.
