A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading <br /> plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R., Tale 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed Y.-inch per foot. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> 5. WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a Because of a lack of public water supply for the purpose of providing an adequate water <br /> fire flow for fire protection for this project, it will be necessary that the owner provide the <br /> fire flow as required. This can be accomplished by utilizing a well and static water supply <br /> calculated and installed for the fire flow and demand projected. <br />
