The project site is located on the north side of Peltier <br /> Road approximately one-quarter mile_ east of Kennifick Road, north of Lodi. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Michael Y. & Debra S. Green Trust APPLICANT: WMB Architects(Tim Mattheis) <br /> ADDRESS: 6535 E.Peltier Road,Acampo APN: 005-260-45 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note. Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only— all vertical features, including but not limited to fences, <br /> walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.) <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.
