MS-92-165 OF CAMILLO AND JO-ANNE <br /> LEVENTINI (C/O BAUMBACH & PIAZZA) <br /> --------_----------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This application is for a minor subdivision of 20 acres to create <br /> a 2 . 0 acre homesite for the owner-operator and an 18 acre parcel. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> The tentative map will expire two years from the date of <br /> approval. <br /> Those conditions followed by a section number or other statutory <br /> requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Development Services <br /> a. Parcel one shall contain a minimum of 2. 0 acres. <br /> b. A 25 foot wide easement for access to parcels one and two is <br /> required along the west side of the east parcel line of APN <br /> 017-150-17 from Peltier Road to the south end of parcel one. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9380[c] ) <br /> C., The shed on parcel one shall be demolished or moved to a <br /> location outside of required yard setbacks. Required <br /> demolition or building permits shall be obtained from the <br /> Building Department. A copy of the required permits shall <br /> be submitted to the Development Services Division prior to <br /> recording the parcel map.
