APN: 005-260-41 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The driveway approach and access road shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10. 207 , San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc, <br /> & R-17 and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 457 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" or <br /> $298 . 35 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area.
