The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) f 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $207.97 per additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The amount due has been determined to be$2,079.70. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee.shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $830.00 per 1,000 equivalent gross square foot of f building designated as manufacturing/industrial. The amount due has been determined to be $2,157.69. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
