Comstock Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Re: Site Approval Application No. PA-0700072 of Avanti Nut Company (APN: 089-020-52; 9982 N. <br /> Pezzi Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On August 3, 2007, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved PA- <br /> 0700072 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $428.00.
