Pezzi Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to final approval. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> Gdisposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> 0y, area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> y/ leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> t�,jr C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> /d)j� Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> kT 2a4 a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two `/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> D. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> E. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number, <br /> hazardous waste generator permit and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> MR tl <br />
