SA-90-6 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> SHERIFF-CORONER <br /> 1 . The following Crime Prevention concepts shall be <br /> incorporated in the project : <br /> a . Perimeter lighting to create an even band of light 25 <br /> feet to 50 feet wide (minimum maintained ) . <br /> b. Auxiliary lighting installed above each door. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . All motor vehicle maneuvering , parking , and driving areas <br /> shall be surfaced with a minimum 2-1/2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over 6 inches of rock base . Parking and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be properly striped to effect <br /> orderly use and circulation and shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. Other surfaces used on the parcel shall also be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. Other surfaces used on the parcel <br /> shall also be shown on the Improvement Plan . <br /> 2 . Additional off-street truck loading spaces shall be provided <br /> and shown on the Improvement Plan, in accordance with <br /> Section 9-3705 of the Planning Title . A minimum of 97 on-site parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> the 145 employees , plus one space for each 250 square feet <br /> of office space . Numbers of employees and office dimensions <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. All truck and auto <br /> parking spaces shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 4 . No additional advertising signs shall be permitted . <br /> 5 . No outdoor storage shall be permitted. <br /> 6 . All existing and proposed fencing details shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br />
