SA 90-6 OF CERGRO , LTD <br /> (C. H . BLOOM CO. , INC. ) <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed the above-referenced application <br /> and recommends approval subject to the following conditions : <br /> 1 . All motor vehicle maneuvering, parking , and driving areas shall <br /> be surfaced with a minimum 2-1;2 inches of asphaltic concrete <br /> paving over 6 inches of rock base . Parking and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be properly striped to effect orderly use and circulation <br /> and shown on the Improvement Plan. Other surfaces used on the <br /> parcel shall also be shown on the Improvement Plan . <br /> l <br /> 2 . Additional off-street truck loading spaces shall be provided and <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan, in accordance with Section 9-3705 <br /> of the Planning Title . There shall be no truck or auto parking <br /> on Wilcox Road or Piccolli Road . <br /> 3 . A minimum of ninety-seven on-site parking spaces shall be <br /> provided for the 145 employees , plus one space for leach 250 <br /> square feet of office space . Numbers of employees and office <br /> dimensions shall be shown on the Improvement Plan . All truck and <br /> auto parking spaces shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Note : A Lot Line Adjustment may be necessary to provide the <br /> required on-site parking. ) <br /> 4 . No additional advertising signs shall be permitted as a part of <br /> this approval . <br /> 5 . No outdoor storage shall be permitted. <br /> 6 . All existing and proposed fencing details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 7 . All parking and security lighting shall be hooded and directed to <br /> prevent glare onto Wilcox Road , Piccolli Road , State Route 99 and <br /> adjacent properties . Lighting standards , if proposed, shall be <br /> limited to 35 .feet in height and shown on the Improvement Plan. <br />
