The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 34 feet NGVD. <br /> Wilcox Road has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 64 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> Delay the approval until the revised Storm Drain Master Plan for <br /> this area acceptable to the County has been submitted, and A <br /> 84-foot wide roadway dedication is recorded on Wilcox Road along <br /> the frontage of APN 101-21-1 . <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AT THE TIME OF <br /> APPROVAL : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, grading, <br /> storm drainage calculation including Pond and pump capacity <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval . <br />
