d. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways and parking aisles shall have a width of no less than twenty-five <br /> (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in <br /> no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty <br /> (20)feet wide. <br /> e. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of sixty(60)feet, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) <br /> f. STORM DRAINAGE Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> g. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be of one-hour, fire- <br /> resistive construction. Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet and protected <br /> less than 10 feet(type V N construction). <br /> (2) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the "two away" <br /> sign, at each entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed Y4 inch per foot(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> D Provide one van parking space. <br /> 2.
