Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards <br /> published in Public Works design standards (Section 10.203, UFC). The access road <br /> must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> 5. MOKELUMNE RURAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The project shall conform with standards of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> b. The project shall conform with standards of the National Fire Protection Association, if <br /> applicable. <br /> C. Fire department development fees shall be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (industrial/commercial @ <br /> $0.19 per square foot). <br /> d. Fire hydrants shall be in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code and shall be spaced no <br /> more than 500 feet apart. All fire hydrants shall meet fire department standards. Plans <br /> shall show on-site fire hydrants per NFPA 24 and the Uniform Fire Code. All fire hydrants <br /> shall be identified with blue street markers, per fire department standards. <br /> e.
