C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> d. <br /> r <br /> 4 . This use does not qualify for a home occupation because the <br /> use changes the occupancy from a ( ) <br /> to a ( ) . <br /> a . <br /> 5 . A recorded utility easement is required on the new parcel (s) . <br /> 10. All sewer connection, sewer tap and encroachment fees must be <br /> paid to the City of Stockton Public Works Department prior to <br /> the issuance of a Building Permit. If not already installed, <br /> provide separate sewer laterals for each newly created parcel. <br />
