(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) (2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles and twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles, except in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of public water mains(Appendix 111-A of the Uniform Fire Code). (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordancewith Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire Code (3) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. (4) All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water-flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with Section 904.3.1 of the California Fire Code. (5) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. (6) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A knox box(key box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. (7) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, Standard 10-1. (8) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property. (C.F.C.
