Plymouth Oaks Court APN: 111-460-12 INFORMATION: The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone A with an un-determined base flood elevation. Plymouth Oaks Court has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. Plymouth Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
