For all development on newly created parcels,the Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID), issued <br /> by the SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file prior to issuance of building permit. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District <br /> (209-9824675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (vii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
