S. <br /> U <br /> Rick Griffin 3 <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1000086 <br /> obtain coverage under the current General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br /> Construction Activity(www.swrcb.ca.gov/storrnwtr/gen—const.html#const_permit). Construction activity <br /> subject to this permit includes clearing, grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or <br /> excavation, but does not include regular maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, <br /> grade,or capacity of the facility. <br /> (ii.) Any development on newly created parcels must meet the volume reduction requirement outlined in the <br /> County's 2009"Storm Water Quality Control Criteria Plan"(2009 SWQCCP)available at <br /> htt ://www.co.san-joa uin.ca.us/ ubworks/STORM%20WATER/LID.htm prior to issuance of building <br /> permit. <br /> (iii.) For all development on newly created parcels,the developer shall submit a"Storm Water Pollution <br /> Freven ion—Plwn'T(SWPPP)fo Pulilic"Worcs of r review and"—approval prior o y lice of a building <br /> permit. <br /> (iv.) For all development on newly created parcels,the developer shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI)with the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB) and comply with the State"General Permit for Storm <br /> Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity"prior to issuance of building permit. <br /> (v.) For all development on newly created parcels,the Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID), issued <br /> by the SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file prior to issuance of building permit. Contact <br /> the SWRCB at(916)341-5537 for further information. <br /> (vi.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District <br /> (209-9824675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (vii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
