I. Scope <br /> This report is an Environmental Transaction Data Base Search and Review of a proposed <br /> subdivision located in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. It was conducted per the <br /> ASTM Standards E1527-28 and is based upon the following: <br /> 1. A search of specified governmental databases according to ASTM standard <br /> (E-1527) was conducted to map sites with potential or existing environmental <br /> liabilities within an one-mile radius of the target site. <br /> 2. Evaluation of the area surrounding the site to identify and evaluate potential <br /> hazardous conditions. <br /> 3. Recommendations for mitigation of any hazardous conditions identified. <br /> 4. Recommendations to be considered to prevent the creation of future hazardous <br /> conditions. <br /> II. Site Description <br /> The site is located in San Joaquin County, Stockton, California. Analysis of the 2006 aerial <br /> photograph shows the site inside the City of Stockton boundaries. The site is identified as <br /> /LAPN: - site that is in the process of being developed as residential units. (Note: <br /> A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was conducted on the site in November of <br /> 2004.) <br /> III. Database Search <br /> A search of specified governmental databases according to ASTM standard (E-1527)was <br /> conducted to map sites with potential or existing environmental liabilities within an one-mile 0 <br /> radius of the target site. Reference the Geo Disclosure EDR Environmental Disclosure _ <br /> k Report dated: November 24, 2009. A copy is located in the appendix of this report. 65;171116_16 <br /> The data search review showed the following: <br /> N NPL(National Priorities List). The NPL is the EPA's database of hazardous Z"3 <br /> waste sites identified for remedial actions under the Superfund program. The <br /> current NPL was reviewed. No (NPL) site was identified within a one (1) <br /> mile radius of the target property. <br /> California sites (ENVIROSTOR). The ENVIROSTOR database has <br /> information about sites known to be contaminated with hazardous <br /> substances. No (NPL) site was identified within a one (1) mile radiusof <br /> the target property. <br /> I <br />
