f <br /> community as rapidly as possible, no Owner shall do anything to interfere with, and <br /> nothing in this Declaration shall be understood or construed to: <br /> (a) Prevent Declarant, its successors or assigns, or its or their contractors <br /> or subcontractors, from doing on any Lot owned by them whatever they <br /> determine to be necessary or advisable in connection with the completion of such <br /> work, including without limitation the alteration of construction plans and designs <br /> as Declarant deems advisable in the course of development; or <br /> (b) Prevent Declarant, it successors or assigns, or its or their <br /> representatives, from erecting, constructing and maintaining on any portion of the <br /> Covered Property owned or controlled by Declarant, or its successors or assigns <br /> or its or their contractors or subcontractors, such structures as may be reasonably <br /> necessary for the conduct of its or their business of completing such work and <br /> establishing the Covered Property as a residential community and disposing of the <br /> same by sale, resale, lease or otherwise; or <br /> (c) Prevent Declarant, its successors or assigns, or its or their contractors <br /> or subcontractors, from conducting on any Lot, or any portion thereof, owned or <br /> controlled by Declarant, or its successors or assigns, its or their business of <br /> developing, altering, subdividing, grading and constructing Residence Units and <br /> other Improvements to or on any portion of the Covered Property as a residential <br /> community and of disposing of the Lots thereon by sale, lease or otherwise; or <br /> (d) Prevent Declarant, its successors or assigns or its or their contractors or <br /> subcontractors, from maintaining such sign or signs on any portion of the Covered <br /> Property owned or controlled by any of them as may be necessary in connection <br /> with the sale, lease or other marketing of Lots and Residence Units in the Covered <br /> Property; or <br /> (e) Prevent Declarant, at any time prior to acquisition of title to a Lot by a <br /> purchaser from Declarant, to establish on that Lot additional licenses, reservations <br /> and rights-of-way to itself, to utility companies, or to others as may from time to <br /> time be reasonably necessary to the proper development and disposal of the <br /> Covered Property. <br /> The rights and reservations of Declarant set forth in this Article 10 shall terminate <br /> after the completion of construction of all Improvements, including all Residence Units, <br /> in the Project. <br /> ARTICLE 11. <br /> PARTY WALLS <br /> 11.1.
