Podesta Lane, Linden <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Show on revised site plan a 150% replacement area for the existing sewage disposal <br /> system which has been illegaly blacktoped over. At time of use this area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> b. If floor drains are required they cannot discharge to the sewage disposal system. Contact <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region to see if <br /> discharge requirements will be required. <br /> C. A yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services 10 <br />
