Phase 2 (Building Permits to be issued within 5 years from the effective date of approval) to;consist of a 9,462 square foot cold storage building. PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Podesta Lane, 1.5 miles north of State Route 26, east of Linden(APNIAddress:`091-350-26; 8100 N. Podesta Lane, Linden) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than November 11, 2008. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
