CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900050(LA) <br /> BANDONI 1 QUARTAROLI&ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900050 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 17, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 16, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Christine Luckasen [209]468-3124) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the <br /> site plan dated March 12, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: The existing residence and storage buildings on Parcel 1 shall <br /> maintain all required setbacks. (Development Title Table 9-610.2) <br /> 2.
