Reference is made to our <br /> septic system suitability study report dated March 19 , 1992 , which <br /> was prepared for the subject project. <br /> The water samples were collected on March 16, 1992 , and were <br /> analyzed for nitrate and arsenic, as noted in our referenced <br /> report. The domestic well water data reported is limited to the <br /> analyses of one sample for nitrate and one sample for arsenic. The <br /> analytical results report nitrate at 26 mg/1 and arsenic at 7 ug/1. <br /> Kleinfelder, Inc. performed the scope of work in accordance with <br /> generally accepted standards of care existing in San Joaquin County <br /> at the time of the study and in accordance with our proposal dated <br /> February 20, 1992. The water samples were obtained as directed by <br /> San Joaquin County in their "Conditions of Approval.
