USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. PA-1200118 OF KUSALAKARI <br /> CORPORATION (C/O U KOSALLA) for a religious assembly with a maximum of <br /> ell <br /> 50 members to be constructed in two phases over a ten year period. Phase One <br /> includes the demolition of a 1,440 square foot agricultural building, the construction <br /> of a 4,890 square foot assembly hall and meditation building, and the construction of <br /> q� a 1,500 square foot restroom building. Phase Two, is the construction of 9 buildings <br /> containing 27 meditation cabins totaling 4,056 square feet for use by congregation <br /> members, the construction of a 6,440 square foot temple with an overall height of 80 <br /> feet, and the construction of a 340 square foot storage building. The project site is <br /> located on the east side of S. Priest Road, 1,000 feet south of Wyman Road, south <br /> of Stockton (Supervisorial District One). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared <br /> indicating the project will not have a significant impact on the environment, <br /> and a Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> �/D <br /> • The Public is welcome to address the Planning Commission on items of interest to the <br /> public that are NOT listed on the Agenda.
