Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> ,i <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b• The legal description shall reflect the revised map dated January 15, 1997, which shows <br /> two parcels only: the Wollenberg parcel located south of Goose Creek, entirely in San <br /> Joaquin County,and the Delu parcel,which includes a portion in Sacramento County and <br /> a portion in San Joaquin County. <br /> C. That portion of the Delu parcel located in San Joaquin County shall not be considered <br /> a separate building site for residential purposes. <br /> 2. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PueUC WORKS: <br /> a.
