CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800215(LA) <br /> PAUL CALOSSO 1 SHOUP LAND SURVEYING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800215 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 31,2018,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on May 1, 2020, which is 18 months from-the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shaii be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: The existing residence, barn,and storage building on Parcel 1 shall <br /> maintain all required setbacks.
