In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps <br /> are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (East) has an existing right-of-way width of 57.5 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 57.5 feet. Eastview Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br />
