UP-00-08OF NEILAND TRACY <br /> POLLARD. <br /> The applicants, Neil and Tracy Pollard, have submitted the above referenced Use Permit <br /> Application to add restaurant services and theatrical performances in an existing live <br /> entertainment/ dancing bar; legally establish a ghost town outdoor historical walking <br /> amusement area; add an outdoor group functions area; add retail sales in various <br /> existing buildings; and allow special events. The project site is located on the east side <br /> of State Route 99 East Frontage Road approximately 2000 feet south of Eight Mile <br /> Road, northeast of Stockton. <br /> This item is scheduled to be considered by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on June 15, 2000. Pending the outcome of the Development Committee <br /> meeting this item may need to be rescheduled. <br /> The site is under enforcement proceeding. None of the proposed uses that are being <br /> legalized shall be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, <br /> unless expressly permitted in writing by the Community Development Department. <br /> Applicant's Project Description: <br /> A detailed specific project description follows: (# number relates to Site Plan) <br /> 1. Palace showboat: to allow restaurant services and theatrical performances in <br /> existing bar (#2). <br /> a. Existing dance hall: Hours: 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily. <br /> b. Dinner Theater: Hours: 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 6 P.M. to 11 <br /> p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. <br /> c. Theater Annex storage (#2a). <br /> d. Museum retail sales 1300 sq. ft. (#2c). <br /> e. Existing storage (#2b, d). <br /> 2. Existing Restaurant and Gift Shop (Chicken Kitchen), and existing residence; no <br /> change (#1). <br />
