State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100)• A nitrate loading study and a <br /> percolation test on each lot is required as part of this suitability study. <br /> b. Test the well at the home site for nitrates as part of the suitability study. <br /> C. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision <br /> improvement plans. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). Existing Standards require a dual system be <br /> installed. <br /> e. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> Test well will be required to meet the following : <br /> 1 . Water quality tested to meet Title 22, CCR (Safe Drinking Water <br /> Act), requirements. <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3.
