Box 7686 Stockton, CA 95267
Re: Heather Moor Estates, Tract 2122 Lots 1 through 6 LI
The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division has
received your letter dated June 14, 1992, regarding health agency approval for
individual sewage disposal and community water provided by County Service Area.
We will approve the use of individual septic systems on each recorded lots 1 through
6 within this subdivision. The installation of septic systems must be under an
application, permit, inspection, and final approval from this Division. Lots 7 through
24 will be required to comply with Ordinance Regulations given to Mr. Atwood with
the approval letter from San Joaquin County Community Development Services of
October 15, 1992.
This septic system must meet San Joaquin County standards for individual disposal
systems which include a septic tank and a double leach field system provided with an
alternating distribution box. The permit fee is $114.00.
This subdivision as proposed, is to be served domestic water by a Small Community
Water System operated and maintained by San Joaquin County Service Areas
(CSA).46. As of today the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors has not
accepted the additional water system proposed to be built by the developers for lots
7 through 24. At such a time the water system is accepted, the Environmental Health
Division will allow building permits to be issued for lots 7 through 24. Fire flow
requirements of the CSA 46 will have to be addressed by the San Joaquin County Fire
Marshall.
If you have any questions, please call Mike Huggins, Supervising Registered
Envirroonmental Health Specialists at (209) 468-3420.
Laurie Cotulla, Program Manager
Environmental Health Division
