A plot plan and <br /> vicinity map showing the approximate location of the proposed <br /> subdivision are presented on Plate I of this report. Reference is <br /> made to our geotechnical investigation report dated February 18, <br /> 1988 , which was prepared for the subject subdivision. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the proposed <br /> approximate 27-acre subdivision will contain twenty-four <br /> approximate 1-acre lots, surrounding the proposed extension of <br /> Tudor Rose Glen Road. A residence with a septic system is present <br /> on Lot 1 of the subdivision and will remain. For purposes of this <br /> reyuLL we. Have atsnumeQ Laia4 uu2i5LruuLluat uii LIL. Additional details of the project are not <br /> known to our firm at this time. <br /> PVRDOSE AND SCIODE OR 9RRVT0E9 <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section 9- <br /> 10100, item C.
