However,when combined with the cumulative impacts of other existing and <br /> proposed development in this area, the resulting traffic will contribute to the <br /> significant congestion forecasted to the SR-99 mainline and at the SR-WEight Mile <br /> Road interchange. Therefore, the Department recommends the collection of impact <br /> fees on a "Fair Share" basis for future improvements to these facilities <br /> • The Department anticipates reconstructing the Eight Mile Road interchange. The <br /> project is listed as Expenditure Authorization (EA)number 10-OL130 in the Status of <br /> Projects.
