State Route 99 W_ Frontage Road in Lodi. The
Department has the following comment(s):
• A parcel map was not submitted with the application. Please resubmit a parcel map that clearly
indicates the plan area. The affected area cannot be determined until a map is submitted. The
following comments are based on the assumption that the parcel is immediately adjacent to either
Eight Mile Road, or adjacent to W. Frontage Road.
The rezoning and development of this parcel will potentially affect the future Eight
Mile Road interchange project 10-01,130. This project has an approved Project Study
Report (PSR) dated January 5, 2007.
The two"build"alternatives of the above PSR will impact this parcel and/or its
access since the Eight Mile Road Interchange Project proposes widening Eight Mile
Road, and additionally Alternative 2 proposes realignment of W. Frontage Road
which may go through this parcel.
• If this rezone will propose future commercial/retail development from Eight Mile
Road, then any future access will need to be kept away from the intersection for the
State Route 99 south bound ramps.
"Culfrana rmprnrea mobifiN across Ca/ijom,O'
