proposed site located at 11076 North 99 Frontage Road in Lodi, California would be operated for <br /> the purpose of storing landscaping equipment and material storage. Premier receives deliveries <br /> of plants, rock, sand, sod, seed, fertilizer, irrigation systems, mulch and other materials as <br /> identified in Exhibit"B". Premier proposes to store vehicles and equipment such as trucks, <br /> hydroseeders, mowers, ATVs, edgers, and other landscaping equipment and vehicles at the <br /> proposed site as identified in Exhibit`B". <br /> Employees and maintenance crews would arrive at the proposed site no earlier than 6:00 a.m. to <br /> retrieve necessary equipment and materials for a particular off-site project and transport them to <br /> the project location. At the completion of a given project, the employees would return the <br /> materials and equipment to the proposed site. <br /> As part of the project, the applicant will implement the Voluntary Mitigation Measures that are <br /> identified in Exhibit "D". <br /> 320690-2 <br />
