PA-1100012 OF P& D LODUCA (CIO <br /> VPL, INC.) (APN: 059-140-65) (ADDRESS: 11209 N STATE ROUTE 99 <br /> W. FRONTAGE, LODI) <br /> This project is a Use Permit for truck parking of a maximum of sixty(60) trucks and sixty <br /> (60) trailers for trucks that haul only agricultural goods. The parcel is located 950 feet <br /> west of State Route 99 West Frontage Road. The preferred access route is along a <br /> gravel road that crosses two other parcels. The parcel contains alternative frontage on <br /> Micke Grove Road. The General Plan designation is Limited Agriculture and the zoning <br /> k is Limited Agriculture, 5-acre minimum. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> f Background <br /> E <br /> The proposed project is .currently under enforcement by the Community Development <br /> Department Enforcement Division (EN-0900439) for operating a truck company (VPL <br /> Trucking)without the benefit of the proper permits on APN: 059-140-65. The applicant applied <br /> for a Development Title Text Amendment to permit truck :parking the hauling of agricultural <br /> products in the A-L zone (Limited Agriculture), A Development Title Text Amendment was <br /> approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 14, 2010 to permit for truck parking the <br /> hauling of agricultural products in the A-L zone with a minimum of 5 acres and limiting it to <br /> those A-L zoned parcels near State Route Highway 99. <br /> Parking <br /> The site plan does not indicate the current or proposed surfacing material. All parking <br /> spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5 (e). This includes the access across APN's: 059-140- <br /> 17 and 059-140-20 if that is the chosen route, as indicated on the site plan. The storage <br /> areas must be surfaced with a minimum of 4 inches of aggregate base.
