CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600123 (DV) <br /> LODUCA/SHOUP LAND SURVEYING <br /> Deviation application no. PA-1600123 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on July 22, 2016. The effective date of approval is August 1, 2016. This <br /> approval will expire on January 31, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application.
