French Camp road has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 80,4eet and a planned right-of-way width of 84f4eet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5 <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result <br /> in a eighty-four (84) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of French Camp road to <br /> the property line across the parcel's frontage. In addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.)
